5 plants worth knowing

Bosnia & Herzegovina

Bosnia and Herzegovina is a land of the Dinaric Alps: forests, mainly of beech and fir, cover more than 40% of the country, and Sutjeska National Park protects Perućica – one of the last primeval forests in Europe. In the south, in Herzegovina, the climate turns Mediterranean and the karst slopes are clothed in sage, maquis and vineyards.
